How to qualify and enter the 20th Anniversary Drawing
1. Look for the logo! Only lotto and instant tickets with the 20th Anniversary logo are eligible for this drawing.
2. Collect at least $5 worth of non-winning Wisconsin Lottery 20th Anniversary tickets.
3. On at least one ticket back, place signature, name, address and phone number.
4. Place all $5 worth of tickets in an envelope no larger than 4 ½" x 9 ½," affix sufficient postage, and mail to:

Entries must be received by August 20, 2008.

Entries must be received by the Wisconsin Lottery via U.S. Mail by August 20, 2008. The 20th Anniversary drawing consists of a preliminary drawing and a Grand Prize drawing. The preliminary drawing of 11 finalists will be held August 21, 2008, after which the finalists will be notified by the Lottery. The Grand Prize drawing will be held during the week of September 1, 2008, on a drawing date to be determined by the Lottery Administrator. Drawing dates may be changed by the Lottery Administrator to meet the operational needs of the Lottery. Players may enter the drawing as often as they wish, but only one drawing prize may be won per household. A household is defined as any family members who live at the same address. Any ticket entered in the drawing will be ineligible for any prize for which it would otherwise have entitled the holder. Any ticket entered into the drawing will be considered a non-winning ticket for the purposes of eligibility to qualify for the drawing.

State law and Lottery regulations apply. Odds of winning the 20th Anniversary Drawing depend on number of entries received; 10 winners of $20,000, 1 winner of $100,000.
