| VALIDATION OFFICE The Validation Office is open for prize payment Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except on state holidays. The MADISON VALIDATION OFFICE is authorized to cash ALL WINNING TICKETS. Madison Office REDEMPTION CENTERS For your convenience the Wisconsin Lottery has Redemption Centers in Fond du Lac, Green Bay, Milwaukee and Wausau. The Redemption Centers are open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except on state holidays. All Redemption Centers are authorized to cash winning tickets through $501,000. Please arrive at least 2 hours before closing time with tickets in excess of $50,000 to allow for additional paperwork and processing. It is recommended that prizes up to $599 be redeemed at a Lottery Retailer.
