$47,000 Badger 5 ticket sold in Milwaukee

(Madison)  — One lucky player in Milwaukee matched all five winning numbers in the Thursday, June 10 Badger 5 drawing to win a $47,000 jackpot. Last night’s winning Badger 5 numbers were 06, 17, 20, 26, and 27.

The $47,000 winning ticket was sold at Sunrise Foods, 2879 N. Weil St. in Milwaukee. The ticket holder has 180 days from last night’s drawing to claim the prize.

For selling the winning ticket, Sunrise Foods earns a $940 commission from the Lottery. Lottery retailers who sell tickets with prizes worth $600 or more receive commissions equal to 2% of the ticket’s prize value, up to a maximum of $100,000 per winning ticket. 

Badger 5 is a $1 daily game with jackpots that start at $10,000 and grow a minimum of $1,000 a day until they are won. Players win the rolling jackpot by matching their five numbers to the five winning numbers drawn each night.
