$4.0 Million Megabucks Ticket Validated
News Conference in Wautoma tomorrow

(Madison)—Wisconsin Lottery officials in Madison have officially validated a ticket matching all six winning numbers in the Wednesday, May 4 $4.0 million Megabucks drawing.

The winning ticket was presented to the Lottery and signed by Victor (Jack) Scimeca of Wautoma. Scimeca purchased his computer-generated “quick pick” ticket at Lake of the Woods Campground, N9070 14th Ave. in Wautoma, which is owned by the Scimeca Family.

For selling the winning $4.0 million Megabucks ticket, Lake of the Woods Campground earns a commission from the Lottery of $80,000. Lottery retailers who sell a winning ticket with a prize of $600 or more earn a commission of 2% of the prize, up to a maximum of $100,000.

Jack Scimeca and his family will take part in a news conference tomorrow at 1:00pm in Wautoma. He has agreed to make himself available to the press at that time and will not be accepting other interview requests prior to or following the news conference.
