How to qualify and enter the Packers Bonus Drawing:

Collect one (1) entire non-winning Wisconsin Lottery PACKERS instant scratch ticket.
On ticket back, place signature, name, address, and phone number.
Fold ticket and place in an envelope no larger than 41/2” x 91/2”, affix sufficient postage, and mail to:
