Wisconsin Lottery's Wisconsin-only lotto game Megabucks had a mega winner on Saturday night. A winning ticket worth $10.7 million annuity, $9.4 million cash, was sold by Double T Quik Stop (302 N Washington Street) in Merrillan, Jackson County.
