Are You A Winner?
* * * WARNING * * *
The Wisconsin Lottery is aware of scams that target Lottery winners with
promises of winning more.
The Wisconsin Lottery does not know who winners are until they claim prizes. If you receive a call, email or letter saying you are a winner, this could be a scam. Do not give out your personal or confidential information to someone claiming to be from a government agency. More consumer protection information can be found on the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection website.
HOW TO CLAIM PRIZES
The original winning ticket must be signed by a single human being. For-profit and non-profit entities, trusts, and other non-human beings are not eligible to play or claim a prize.
Sign the back of the ticket in the space provided.
Prizes Up to $599
Winning tickets up to $599 may be claimed in person at any Wisconsin Lottery retailer, in person at the Madison or Milwaukee Lottery Office, or by mail to the Madison Lottery Office (see Mailing Winning Lottery Tickets section below). Please bear in mind that while most Lottery retailers will gladly redeem winning tickets for their customers, they are under no legal obligation to do so. Some stores have strict policies regarding the amount of cash available to the employees, so there is a possibility a store may be unable to redeem your winning ticket. Lottery Retailer Search
